Product Description
Vaill Covitrap Anti-Cov Nasal Spray
Indication : Nasal spray for any individual at risk for SARS-CoV-2 exposure. It physically traps and inhibitw Covid-19.
Dual-function mechanism :
TRAP : HPMC will coat the nasal mucosa surface and form a steric barrier to diminish the virus ability
INHIBIT : Human monoclonal antibody will physically inhibit Covid-19 virus in nasal cavities from entering the body
It has been tested for immediate protection and can be last long up to 6 hours*
*Clinical trial study was conducted study among 36 healthy volunteers 18-50 years of age (Tested product group of 27 people)

Safety Evaluation Studies :
- Biodistribution Study : The product only function on the nasal mucosa membrane without absorption into our body
- Biocompatibility Evaluation Assessment : The product does not cause any harms or toxicity
- Clinical Trial Study : No abnormality found in the nasal cavities or side effects throuhout the research study period *

Product Usage
Spray both nostrils by inserting the nozzle in an upright position. Apply 2 puffs each side. Use as needed every 6 hours up to 3 times per day.
On the first use :
1. Take cap off
2. Press the spray pump 3 - 4 times till a fine mist is released.
Usage Instructions
1. Gently clear the nose
2. Insert the nozzle into a nostril with the index and middle fingers always fixed at the nostril base
3. Spray by firmly pushing under the bottles base with the thumb. Apply 2 puffs per nostril
4. Raise your head and look up for a short while
5. Liquid spray may drip from your nose wipe with tissue paper
6. Wipe nozzle clean after use and replace the protective cap
To avoid dripping from nostril deeply insert the nossle before spray

ข้อบ่งใช้ สำหรับพ่นในโพรงจมูก เพื่อเป็นเกราะป้องกันทางกายภาพที่ช่วยดักจับและยับยั้งอย่างจำเพาะเจาะจงต่อเชื้อโควิด-19 ที่บริเวณโพรงจมูก
กลไกการทำงาน ทำงาน 2 กลไก ดังนี้
ดักจับ : HPMC จะเคลือบบริเวณพื้นผิวโพรงจมูก ทำให้ความสามารถในการเกาะของเชื้อไวรัสที่บริเวณโพรงจมูกลดลง
ยับยั้ง : Human Monoclonal Antibodies เข้ายับยั้งเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ทางกายภาพ ที่เข้ามาในบริเวณโพรงจมูก ไม่ให้เข้าสู่ร่างกาย

สเปรย์พ่นจมูกผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพว่าสามารถทำงานหลังพ่นทันทีและคลอบคลุมต่อเนื่องอย่างน้อย 6 ชั่วโมง*
*การประเมินทางคลินิกในกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสุขภาพดีทั้งหมดจำนวน 36 คน อายุ 18-50 ปี (ได้รับสเปรย์โควิแทรป 27 คน)

ผ่านการวิจัยทดสอบความปลอดภัยต่างๆ เช่น
- การประเมินพรีคลินิก (Biodistribution Study) สามารถทำงานบริเวณเยื่อบุโพรงจมูกและไม่พบการดูดซึมเข้าสู่กระแสเลีอด
- การประเมินทางชีวภาพ (Biocompatibility Evaluation Assessment)ไม่ก่อให้เกิดอันตรายและความเป็นพิษ
- การประเมินทางคลินิก (Clinical Trial Study) ไม่พบความผิดปกติในโพรงจมูกหรืออาการข้างเคียง*

การใช้งาน
ใช้พ่นที่จมูกทั้ง 2 โดยสอดหัวพ่นเข้าไปในโพรงจมูกในแนวตั้ง พ่นข้างละ 2 ครั้ง ใช้ได้ตามต้องการทุกๆ 6 ชั่วโมง ได้ถึงวันละ 3 ครั้ง
เปิดใช้ครั้งแรก
- เปิดฝาขวด
- พ่นสเปรย์ออก 3-4 ครั้ง จนเป็นละอองฝอย
วิธีการพ่นสเปรย์
1. กรณีมีน้ำมูกให้สั่งน้ำมูกก่อนใช้งาน
2. สอดหัวสเปรย์เข้าที่ช่องจมูก ใช้นิ้วชี้และนิ้วกลางล็อคหัวสเปรย์ให้ชิดกับรูจมูก
3. พ่นสเปรย์ข้างละ 2 ครั้งทั้ง 2 ข้าง โดยใช้นิ้วโป้งดันที่ฐานขวดอย่างมั่นจนสุด
4. เงยหน้าสักครู่
5. อาจมีน้ำยาไหลออกจากจมูกหลังพ่น ใช้ทิชชูเช็ดน้ำยาที่ไหลออกมานอกจมูก
6. ทำความสะอาดหัวสเปรย์หลังใช้
หลังพ่นสเปรย์ อาจพบอาการต่างๆ เช่น น้ำไหลออกจากจมูกหรือขุยขาวในรูจมูก สาเหตุเกิดจากการพ่นสเปรย์ที่ไม่ลึกพอ แนะนำให้สอดหัวสเปรย์ให้ลึกขึ้นแล้วจึงพ่นสเปรย์
